The Content Pack is run by FC Productions Ltd, trading as Fina Charleson ("we", "us"). Questions: fina@finacharlesoncontent.com. We reply within 1 business day.

The service

You send a finished episode by upload or by pasting a Dropbox/Google Drive link shared with anyone with the link. We send back a content pack: show notes, chapters, social posts, pull quotes and a newsletter blurb, as PDFs, txt files, Word/Google Docs and quote images. Packs are delivered within 24 hours on weekdays (CET/CEST). Packs for weekend uploads arrive on Monday. Editing isn't included. Nothing is ever posted for you. You review and publish everything yourself, and you're responsible for what you publish.

Plans and payment

Monthly is $79/month and annual is $790/year. Both cover up to 4 episodes a month. Extra episodes are $20 each. For a 5th (or later) episode in the billing month, you'll see a $20 option on the upload page to add an extra episode, and you can upload it once you've paid. Your billing month runs from the date and time your plan renews (annual plans: the same day and time each month), and the upload page shows when it resets. Each $20 payment gives you one extra-episode credit. Unused credits carry over from month to month while your plan is active. If you cancel and your plan ends, unused credits are lost and aren't refunded. Changes to a pack: we'll make one round of text changes to each pack for free, if you ask within 7 days of delivery. A re-edited episode (new audio or video file) isn't a change: it gets a fresh pack and counts as one episode from your monthly allowance. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Free sample

One free pack per show and one per person (per email address, including variations of the same address). No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically. You only pay if you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel anytime. Your plan won't renew and you won't be charged again. Manage or cancel your subscription.
• Monthly: if you're not happy with your first paid pack, email us within 7 days for a full refund. After that, there are no refunds for months already started.
• Annual: full refund within 14 days of paying if you haven't used it yet. After that, there are no partial refunds.

Your content

You keep all rights to your episode and to the pack we make from it. You confirm you have the right to send us the episode.

Liability

We check every quote, name and timestamp carefully, but please review your pack before publishing. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous month.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and tell subscribers by email.
